These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of AULA Play, websites, support pages, and related services provided by Educacion Global, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Educacion Global," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using AULA Play, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who May Use AULA Play

AULA Play is designed for children with involvement from a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult. A child should use AULA Play only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Adults are responsible for supervising the child's use of the app and for ensuring that use is appropriate for the child.

AULA Play provides educational practice and entertainment. It does not guarantee academic outcomes, test results, grade improvement, or mastery of any specific curriculum. The app is not a replacement for professional educational, psychological, medical, or developmental advice.

AULA Play, including its characters, artwork, text, graphics, gameplay, audio, software, design, names, logos, and other materials, is owned by Educacion Global, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant Educacion Global a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

AULA Play may be distributed through third-party app stores and may link to external pages such as privacy, terms, or support pages. Third-party platforms and websites are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, availability, content, or practices.

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Educacion Global, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, device issues, educational outcomes, or service interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to AULA Play or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid directly to us for AULA Play in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Educacion Global, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of AULA Play, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
